You want to form a group of masterminds to build airplanes and spaceships and meet twice per week. That is quite ambitious i really must say. I don't think you'll be getting people from Nasa or skunk works coming to your meetings right away. The picture above is pretty impressive and anyone who has been to Boeing's facility can appreciate what it takes to build these planes. I know that pilot employment is really scarce now so building planes is just as slow right now.
